Environment? That's way too much to do for it..

After i saw the newsletter from Disted, i decided to check it out..
fortunately, curiosity doesn't kills the cat..
It was a "Nature Rocks! Go Green!" environmental exhibition by d SAM bio students..
there were 8 groups, their booths r quite interesting, but i only saw 2 groups presenting in front of the "stage".
^^
I didn't go there alone. Another two greenies were there to accompany me, Wan n Ady~
i was sooooo interested in the bio-degradable plastic making..
so, we dashed to the booth where it is..
a girl taught us how to make the bio-degradable plastic..
using tepung, some water n others, *poof* and there it is!
they even added some colouring to it.. haha..
her partner, which is a boy, gave us bookmarks wif samples of the plastic on it..
THEN, hehehehehehe..
after we moved away, (n luckily we did), i accidentally broke d plastic..
well, all right.. i purposely tore it.. but just a small little piece.. =)
luckily they were not there.. phew~
then, we moved on to the rice n spice's group..
they told us about how different types of rice n spices will help us in our health..
we paid a lot of attention when they told us..
yeah.. especially the part where we know that some spices can actually induce sex drive.. (some for men while some for women)..
lol.. well, one of my friends, asked them how to CONSUME it..
they replied.."You can just crush it to powder form, or eat it when you use it for cooking"..
and when their demonstration comes, a girl said, "...this can boost sex drive, it's true! It works!"
LOL..!!
then the other group has the types of plants n flowers which can dye t-shirts..
not only t-shirts, even walls.. as the natural ingredients for painters..
but they demonstrated how to dye a t-shirt there..
there's a plant, called Henna..
hahahaha.. but i had forgotten what is the colour of that plant after you press it..

Actually, they obtain marks for their SAM courses with their presentation..
But, they did a part to inform and to tell the public that Nature actually ROCKS!
i enjoyed yesterday, it was really fun~~ ^^

I think it's Purple. ^^ Used to play with some plant when I'm still a kid.

It's good for you to be having fun that day. ^^
